Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail).
You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of €9.95 for standard parcel shipments.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Refund Processing
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the provision of services after the service has been fully performed, provided performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the contract had been fully performed;

for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader;

for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;

for goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature;

for alcoholic beverages where delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

where the consumer specifically requested an urgent repair or maintenance visit. Additional services or goods supplied during such a visit remain subject to the right of withdrawal where applicable;

for sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;

for newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription contracts;

concluded at a public auction;

for accommodation (other than residential purposes), transport of goods, vehicle rental, catering or leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
